I honestly can’t say enough good things about Image Auto Body. I brought them my basically brand-new car after an accident, and they helped me through way more than just the repair itself.

My insurance company came back with an estimate that was way lower than what was actually needed, and I had no idea how big of a difference there could be between what insurance wanted to pay and what it would really take to fix the car correctly. Image Auto Body broke everything down for me, explained what was missing, and showed me the different options I had instead of just telling me I was stuck with whatever insurance said.

What really stood out to me was how much they actually cared. When it felt like I was fighting my own insurance company during the appraisal process, they helped me understand what was going on, what steps I could take, and how to make sure I wasn’t getting shortchanged. They never made me feel like I was bothering them with questions, and they were always willing to explain things in a way that actually made sense.

The customer service was easily some of the best I’ve dealt with Chris and Jessica are the best! I never felt like I was just another problem in the shop. They really showed they cared about making sure my car was repaired the right way and that I understood how to protect myself throughout the process.

I’m really glad I ended up here, because without their help I probably would’ve just accepted the insurance estimate and had no idea how much was being left out. If you’re dealing with an accident and insurance is giving you a hard time, I’d definitely recommend Image Auto Body. They’ll actually take the time to help you understand what’s going on and make sure you’re being treated fairly.

I had a great experience with Image Auto Body. They replaced the windshield on my Mercedes GLS and were very professional and helpful throughout the entire process. When I later had a concern about the windshield molding, Amanda and the team took the time to check it carefully, ordered a new molding. I really appreciate their patience, communication, and excellent customer service. Highly recommend!

I recently brought in my mercedes and had a great experience. Chris and his entire team were just so kind and helpful. I truly felt taken care of. And to my surprise, they did a complete detail of exterior and interior on them. I’m one for experience & details, they definitely went above and beyond. I’d highly recommend this company & would definitely bring my business back to them!! :)

The team at Image Autobody make a stressful situation a breeze. A professional team that does great work. So glad I found them - they are my go-to place for when things go bump. Love how they make the rental position so easy by having a Hertz representative on site.

I had a really great experience with Image Auto Body. Jessica up front was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in, and everyone I spoke with made me feel comfortable and taken care of.

The guys I talked to were knowledgeable, clearly knew their stuff when it came to cars, and took the time to explain things without making it feel complicated. The entire staff seemed genuinely caring and professional.

I was also really impressed with the shop itself. Everything was clean, organized, and had a polished, almost luxury feel to it. You can tell they take pride in both their work and the experience they give their customers. Definitely a place I’d feel confident recommending to anyone needing work done

I want to send Chris and the team at Image Auto Body a big "thank you!" for taking care of the repairs needed for my truck. They took a stressful event and turned it into a very positive experience by returning my truck to better than new condition. From the very beginning, they provided a friendy, confident, and professional environment that gave me the assurance that all would be fixed correctly and to my satisfaction. Repairs were made in a timely manner and the results are simply top notch. Thank you Image Auto Body!

If you're having any auto body issues, from minor scratches to a major collision repair, Image Auto Body will take care of you.

When our vehicle was involved in a hit-and-run, the very first thing the team asked when I called was if everyone was alright. That level of care completely surprised me and immediately reassured me that we had made the right choice.

Upon dropping off the vehicle, they handled all the insurance details and offered on-site Herz rentals to keep things convenient. What truly set them apart was when they reviewed my claim, noticed that it had been filed incorrectly, and did their due diligence to correct it with my insurance provider. Chris, the Owner and CEO, was incredibly welcoming and personally stepped in to help resolve the claim issue.

Jessica, the Office Manager, was so sweet and kept me updated regularly via texts on our vehicle's repair process.

Once it was ready, Eddie walked us through all the work they did, and the results speak for themselves! The vehicle looks brand new, right down to the detailing.

The glowing reviews are 100% correct: they are truly number one in Pflugerville. Thank you all so much for the amazing help!

After my vehicle was rear-ended I went to a few other collision centers and it was fate meant to be Image Auto body took on the job that other collision centers turned down even with the claim. The staff from the front desk to the offices to the back is one well greased machine a friendly hard-working honest and more importantly understanding the value of a client lost without their vehicle. And that's just scratching the surface the integrity and quality of their work to put it simple is top shelf above top shelf.. I would like to thank Jessica for answering my questions whenever I called and was very understanding.
I would also definitely like to thank Chris who is very straightforward honest and sincere and a gentleman handshake when we first did the walk around of my vehicle made me feel secure with them doing the job which is a quality you don't run into very often these days, and Paul I would like to thank you for keeping me updated with parts and where we were at on my vehicle getting repaired. I would overall highly recommend Image Auto body in Pflugerville Texas....
