Joseph5 days agoIf you're having any auto body issues, from minor scratches to a major collision repair, Image Auto Body will take care of you. When our vehicle was involved in a hit-and-run, the very first thing the team asked when I called was if everyone was alright. That level of care completely surprised me and immediately reassured me that we had made the right choice. Upon dropping off the vehicle, they handled all the insurance details and offered on-site Herz rentals to keep things convenient. What truly set them apart was when they reviewed my claim, noticed that it had been filed incorrectly, and did their due diligence to correct it with my insurance provider. Chris, the Owner and CEO, was incredibly welcoming and personally stepped in to help resolve the claim issue. Jessica, the Office Manager, was so sweet and kept me updated regularly via texts on our vehicle's repair process. Once it was ready, Eddie walked us through all the work they did, and the results speak for themselves! The vehicle looks brand new, right down to the detailing. Mike Alvarado5 days agoAfter my vehicle was rear-ended I went to a few other collision centers and it was fate meant to be Image Auto body took on the job that other collision centers turned down even with the claim. The staff from the front desk to the offices to the back is one well greased machine a friendly hard-working honest and more importantly understanding the value of a client lost without their vehicle. And that's just scratching the surface the integrity and quality of their work to put it simple is top shelf above top shelf.. I would like to thank Jessica for answering my questions whenever I called and was very understanding. I would also definitely like to thank Chris who is very straightforward honest and sincere and a gentleman handshake when we first did the walk around of my vehicle made me feel secure with them doing the job which is a quality you don't run into very often these days, and Paul I would like to thank you for keeping me updated with parts and where we were at on my vehicle getting repaired. Colton carver14 days agoIm the regular mail carrier that delivers to this business, any time I have packages and need to take them in they are always nice and offer me water and they have the cutest dog named stanley so go in and say hi , he’s very friendly and loves lovin’s , I had some pretty decent scratched on the top of my car from a tree branch, me and my wife took it in to have them look at it and the owner chris did the job in a matter of 5-10 min but mostly cause we were loving on Stanley lol, he did an amazing job , I’d highly recommend them to anyone , they are very professional and very kind people, and again I can’t stress it enough , go in and love on Stanley , he’s a sweetheart!!Posted on Google

My car was only 6 months old, so I was especially concerned about making sure it looked exactly like it did before the accident. They did an amazing job—the car was restored to its original condition, with absolutely no visible trace that it was ever repaired. It looks brand new again! They made the entire process incredibly convenient by handling everything from start to finish, including the insurance claim, repair process, and rental car arrangements. One of the biggest conveniences is that they have a Hertz rental location right inside the shop, so you don't have to go anywhere else to pick up or drop off your rental car. Chris was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. He provided timely updates by email and phone, explained every step of the repair clearly, and made sure I understood what was needed from my end and what was being handled by the insurance company. The entire experience was smooth, professional, and stress-free. I truly appreciate the quality of the repair, attention to detail, and excellent customer service. I highly recommend Image Autobody to anyone looking for a trustworthy shop that takes care of everything and delivers excellent results! Marissa Rivera15 days agoImage Auto Body is worth the drive from South Austin to Pflugerville!! My beloved Mazda cx30 was rear-ended shortly before leaving for a much-needed vacation. Image Auto Body was recommended by a friend because of their friendly, attentive staff and they definitely lived up to the recommendation! They regularly communicated concise, helpful updates about insurance and repairs. Pick-up was easy, especially since there is a Hertz agent on-site to receive my rental car. They did an excellent job and caught damage that the insurance adjustor did not initially note in their assessment. My Mazdarati was also detailed beautifully. Unfortunately, they weren’t able to repair my daughter’s car, but I am incredibly grateful for the honesty, professionalism, and kindness they showed us. We purchased the vehicle without being told the full extent of the previous damage. After Image Auto Body looked it over, they discovered that the damage was much more significant than we had been led to believe, including damage to the frame. Instead of trying to make money off us or attempting repairs that wouldn’t be in my daughter’s best interest, they gave us an honest assessment at no cost, explained the situation, and gave us great advice about what we should do next. What meant the most to me was that my daughter’s safety was clearly their first priority. They could have easily taken our money, but instead they were upfront about the condition of the vehicle and helped us understand what we were dealing with. It’s hard to find businesses that value honesty and their customers’ safety over making a profit. I would absolutely recommend Image Auto Body to anyone needing an honest, trustworthy opinion about their vehicle. Paul provided updates and pictures, and he answered my questions throughout the repair. Everyone I interacted with was honest, efficient, and professional.I live in Waco; however, after reading their reviews and looking at their gallery, I was certain they were going to be the best. My front bumper and front passenger fender came out absolutely top-notch and the attention to detail was outstanding. Chris and Paul were very helpful with the paper work and helping me understand my insurance. It was less expense than I thought it would be. They did everything possible for me. After having work done here, I would have drove over an hour - they are that good! They went above and beyond with the work that they did on our vehicle and their prices were incredibly fair. Jono Barnes49 days agoI was recommended this place on social media and I am glad I did. The staff were all very friendly. They were upfront about costs and options after my initial estimate. They were able to order the parts my car needed within minutes on a Monday morning, received the shipment on Tuesday, and work on my car Wednesday. It took them about three hours to fix the front door handle to my 2016 Nissan Maxima. I believe their labor cost of $79/hr is fair. I hope I do not need to return to a body shop but if I do, these guys will be my go-to.Posted on Yelp

Right from the start, Chris was incredibly helpful when I dropped off the car—he walked me through the entire process and answered all of my questions, which gave me total peace of mind. From there, Paul, the estimator, stepped in and completely fought for me when my insurance company tried to cut corners with a lowballed initial estimate. They refused to compromise on safety, forcing the insurer to approve extensive, necessary structural repairs, electrical fixes, and advanced calibrations. The communication was top-notch throughout, and the final craftsmanship is flawless. If you want a shop that has your back and does the job right, this is the place. Pat Myers70 days agoUpdate : Needed body work on my 2026 M2, got rear ended at a stop light. They made this so easy to deal with dealt with insurance and the rental company white glove the whole way though, the car itself you can’t tell anything about ever happened and trust me I’m very “detailed” when it comes to flaws on the car. Looks perfect. They are certified know what they are are doing and very very easy to work with very customer oriented, not a cooks cutter insurance controlled shop. If you unfortunately do need body work hit them up. My BMW M2 was treated with the same effort and work quality as a Rolls Royce they were working on. I’ve been in a few accidents (not my fault, last one I got hit stopped at a red light) and these guys are the best shop I’ve ever dealt with, this is across NY and TX. Previous interaction: They were able to do a quick cleanup and get some overspray off my 2005 M3 from old body work. Easy to work with, great crew and excellent work.Posted on Google

My car had been bumped into by another driver and I decided to bring it here from seeing all the great reviews. The team was professional, honest, communicative, and the work they did on my car was phenomenal. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and their quality of work. They even took care of the other insurance for me so I didn't have to deal with them! My car looks amazing and the whole process was much easier than I expected. Image Autobody uses a text application to tell you the status of your vehicle. If you have a question at any time, you know you will reach someone who will return your text. I would like to give a shout out to Jessica at the front desk. She’s fantastic with helping you get your repair started as well as setting up a loaner vehicle!! I heard not too far in the future you guys will be a location for Hertz Rental cars. What a game changer! We’d like to give a huge thanks to the painters! So, for those looking for a proficient body shop, Image Auto Body in Pflugerville was impressive. Customer care and patience was excellent. Chris took the time to explained in detail the process of repairs that I was concerned with, and provided me a time line of parts and time of completion. Chris R149 days agoImage Auto Body was the only local shop that was in the insurance company’s list that was also a Nissan Certified shop. They had a ton of good reviews, so I gave them a call. I called two other places when I was getting quotes. Image Auto Body took the most time of the three to walk me through expectations and my insurance related questions, especially related to OEM vs non OEM parts and what issues went into those decisions and how they might impact the work. Having a Nissan Certified shop was also a high priority for me. They were super flexible with my schedule to drop off my truck, they handled the rental vehicle coordination, and they handed all the Insurance company coordination. They ended up being spot on with their estimate as to how long it would take to complete the work, and it was a very reasonable amount of time for the work being done. Everyone at the shop was super friendly from the first call to Chris getting my keys back. And the work was top notch. The truck looked so good I literally got an unsolicited comment from my mom about how it looked better than before the accident. I really appreciate it when a part of the process can be made easy or pleasant, since having my truck hit was stressful to start with. 100% would recommend Image Auto Body.Posted on Google

Thien Dang153 days agoBig shoutout to the team here for all their help with my case! My Toyota Camry had suffered some damage to the front from some unlucky hit and runs and bad drivers :( Due to working full time I had difficulty finding time to bring my car in to get fixed. The only day I had off on a weekday was New Years Eve and I showed up on that day hoping to finally drop my car off and I didn’t realize they had already closed by the time I got there. However, Chris was gracious enough and still took me inside to help me out. I left him with my keys and my claim number and he took it from there. When they had taken off the front bumper they found that the damage was a little more severe than what my original estimate had been. Chris reached out and wanted me to come in so he could explain the damage to me in person. Due to my time constraints I had difficulty finding a time to come in. Chris worked with me and agreed to meet with me on a Saturday even though they aren’t open on Saturdays! He explained the extent of the damage and gave me some advice when my insurance decided it wasn’t going to pay for the full repairs. After a LOT of arguing back and forth with my insurance, we reached a resolution and my car was fully repaired. Not only that, but I also received an unexpected full detailing of the interior of my vehicle 😱. Truly phenomenal, and I greatly appreciate the exceptional work of Paul, Chris and everyone who helped work on my car. <3Posted on Google

Chandra Hohne167 days agoI am very thankful for Image Auto Body. Two months after buying a new vehicle, it was in a hail storm. They went above and beyond to repair it back to new. I had no experience with auto claims, but their team took care of everything from start to finish. They handled all the insurance and organized/covered all my rental needs, while my car was getting fixed. I was out of town multiple times, and they even facilitated the rental company picking me up from the airport. They do fantastic, thorough work. They even detailed my vehicle once finished. However, I was most impressed by how genuine and caring every member of their team was. They are good, honest people. I always felt like I was in good hands. Wade Fife168 days agoI took my car here after I got rear-ended. Working with Image Auto Body was pretty much an ideal experience. Way smoother than I expected. I told the insurance company I wanted them to do the repairs. They called me later that day to set up a time for me to drop off my car. They offered to arrange a rental car for me through Hertz, paid for by insurance. I dropped off my damaged car and got my rental car on the same trip. They arranged everything. They kept me up to date during the repair process and managed to finish earlier than expected. I came to pick up my perfectly fixed car the day it was finished and I was able to just leave the rental to be picked up by Hertz. Awesome.Posted on Google

Deana Baker211 days agoMy car needed the splash guard repaired and an estimate to identify any potential damages that may have occured from a very minor accident. I know it’s silly but I was nervous to come in by myself as someone who doesn't have a wealth of auto body knowledge, worried that I might be overcharged for unnecessary repairs. However, I came in and was met with an incredibly kind receptionist (who had the cutest Frenchy Puppy). The rep who helped quote me for my car was kind, and thorough. He took time to show me clear pictures of what needed to be repaired and made sure I was fully informed as to what would need fixed. AND They fixed it in less than 2 hours!! TLDR: This auto body shop had the perfect family friendly vibe and everyone was so great throughout the process. MagsbyExplorer216 days agoThey were on of the State Farm contracted agencies. Boy, did I get blessed though. They work on older models FYI. My frame was found to be bent slightly and I had to say goodbye to my loved 2005 4Runner, I always felt safe. Image Body shop owner Chris and his wonderful Estimator Paul talked with me a few times about going the salvage route, explained process and that possibly she (truck) would never be the same, the cost to me was pretty low compared to a new car RAV4 44K. They gave me tons of support. The sweet little diamond collered English bulldog puppy soothed me and brought me joy when I first came into the shop in tears. This shop also set me up with Double R towing and they came and got my truck towed it for free and let me ride along. Tow truck driver explained the difference between the shops and also online reviews stated Image was the way to go. Chris gave me ideas what cars to look for, his unbiased opinion and warmth. He is an amazing business owner and is very honest. Paul his estimator helped me on the day I said goodbye l, a couple days ago. They helped me get a piece of the grille for yard art momento and got me my plates and stickers off. They let me take my time. I did not have any work done but they made me feel assured, gave me knowledge and gave suggestions. STELLAR place! Chris was awesome too in the fact when this all happened 1/14, We had icy weather here, I was having foundation work done, he gave me an extended period of not worrying about having to come and get the car cleaned out during that time, no fee for storage ♥️♥️. This is above and beyond. This was such a huge graceful reward from this company🙏🏼. I will definitely bring any of my cars back or tell all my friends about where to go. Steve Young235 days agoGreat experience. They replaced my front bumper and did some extensive work to the passenger side panel of the car and now my BRZ looks like new again! I also threw a curve ball at them while the car was still with them to see if they could tone down the window tinting because one of them wasn't legal since I bought it used, and they were able to seamlessly fold that into their process. Not only did they tow the vehicle from a different shop for me, but they also stayed consistent on their communication throughout the process. I had never been in an accident before, so I was initially overwhelmed with the process but Alex was able to explain things clearly and thoroughly to help make everything go smoothly. I was genuinely afraid that my car was too far gone, but the team at Image Auto made my car look as good as new! I was on a time crunch, and they got the vehicle done before their expected time. They had an alignment done, but as soon as I drove off (30 minutes before they closed), I noticed the wheel was pulling a little to one direction. I called back and Chris went above and beyond to schedule me an alignment at no charge to me the next morning. I got it done, and was able to take a 24 hour round trip road trip the day following! I googled and immediately saw that Image Auto Body had amazing reviews. From my first phone call with Jessica, the front office, it was the best customer service. Once I arrived in person for their team to inspect my vehicle damages, I was greeted with kindness + hospitality. During the short wait, the shop had a great coffee bar, and the shop was decorated for Halloween. You could feel the energy/vibes were very family friendly environment. After the insurance company accepted the estimate they called me to arrange a drop off time. By courtesy they booked and coordinated my rental, which was so helpful. During the 2.5 weeks of repairs they texted me an update through out the process. As a type A person myself, I can say how I truly appreciated the top notch communication! Details are important. 🫶🏼 Yesterday I was able to pick up my vehicle and was greeted with a fully detailed car! It looked + felt brand new. That was an extra surprise! I feel extremely grateful for Image Auto Body for making my life a little less hectic. I am so glad to have worked with such a great local business who also gives back to our PF community. I have lost the screws of my bed after moving out from my previous place. I made several attempt to get newer screws from the manufacturer in vain. Throughout the whole process I was updated through texts (very convenient). I was given an estimate 10/22 for repairs to be completed(I was soooo happy they finished early 10/17). James378 days agoIf I could give this collision repair shop a 6 star I would! First, it was a vibe just walking in there so I knew they would take great care of me. Jessica and Chris were extremely helpful and friendly as they guided me through the process. The whole team seemed to have the same qualities! I turned in my vehicle last Wednesday (8-20) and got it back today (8-27)! Nonetheless, for a small business who was very busy got me back in my car within less than a week. They were super helpful in getting me a quote same day, once we had approval from insurance they made the process super simple. Made sure I had a truck since mine was being repaired and ordered a lyft to take me to the rental location. They sent weekly progress updates and had all of the repairs done in less than 3 weeks and it was quite a bit. When it was ready they let me know, and when I got there walked around it with me. They did a phenomenal job on the repair and it looks even better than before. On top of that, they allowed me to drop my rental car off to them while picking up my truck so they would drive it back to hertz for me. William McKinley436 days agoThis place made part of the overall crappy experience of a crash, very smooth. I stopped here after my crash on Wed. They inspected my vehicle right away and gave me an initial estimate. Better still they helped walk me through the process of working with insurance for the repair and rental car. Once the work was approved by insurance I was able to drop the car off. The worked with insurance on my behalf throughout the whole process. All the while keeping me updated throughout the process with texts. This was very nice considering I was feeling poorly from crash related injuries. All said and done they completed the repairs and I picked the vehicle up on Monday. This was even faster than their initial estimate. Because they worked with insurance for the rental, I was able to leave the rental there to be picked up later. This took a huge hassle off my plate. I arrived to find my vehicle looking better than ever. The cherry on top was that they washed and detailed my vehicle. I reached out to Image Auto body and explained the vehicle had rolled and wasn't drivable and how towing back and forth wasn't ideal since this was an out of pocket cost. Paul genuinely listened, collected my information and said he would speak with management to see if they could help me out but couldn't guarantee that it wouldn't need to be towed to their location. About an hour later Chris reached out personally to let me know they could provide a damage estimate for me and even waived the fee saving me hundreds. They were very prompt and empathetic and genuinely wanted to help during this difficult time. Rivers R.1096 days agoCouldn't be more satisfied with Image. I've unfortunately had to process two insurance claims thru them recently. My car was damaged by a flying wheelbarrow on MoPac and then just days after getting my repair back from Image, we were rear-ended. On the first repair, Image was incredibly quick and thorough. They worked with our provider - Statefarm - seamlessly, and I was on the schedule and repaired in record time. They did an astonishingly good job and their attention to detail and customer service was really appreciated. They kept me updated on part deliveries, were honest with me about costs, and over-accommodating in terms of helping with rental car, etc. Really honest, hard-working folks running a great business. The new repair is in process. We're already back on their books. They even helped us with a process that should save us money on our deductible. I was rear ended in my 2019 kia optima and called kia to see who they would recommend to look at my car and get an estimate on the damages and the girl recommended Chris at image auto body and said they did an amazing job on her kia optima so I called and they were able to squeeze me in on Monday which the day I called was Friday so that was awesome. On Monday I brought in my car and they said that they can get started that day which I didn't prepare for but I was happy I didn't have to wait weeks or even months just to bring it back in Chris later looked over my car and told me that my car might be totaled so to be prepared for that due to possible underlining damages but he was gonna do everything to try and save my car just because I didn't want a new car. They were way more in touch with me about my cars updates than the insurance company was. I found out from Chris that my car was totally after he told me he contacted the insurance company almost a week before saying it was totaled. Yes I didn't have such a happy ending with my car getting fixed but they were great to work with I would definitely recommend this spot! After jumping thru all of the hoops and going round and round with my insurance company and waiting on them to come do their estimate, I did my own estimates and it looked like it would be late September before I could get my bumper replaced. This was a fiasco. I heard about Image in Pflugerville and went to talk with them. Jousaf looked at it and said he could order the bumper and have it fixed in about an hour. He called the next day and I took it in and was fixed in an hour. What a great job, great company and alot lower than all of the other places I went to . I spoke with my insurance and they informed me to pay out of pocket instead of filing a claim since it would be considered a "collision" and placed on my record which I didn't want to deal with. I found Image Auto Body on Facebook and saw they had good reviews, talked to them about what they would charge on a body paint since there were no dents, estimate was free. Blain M.2428 days agoTook my car for an estimate after my car had some damage from the Surf Thru car wash. Based on work location and timing, I had a limited window to get the work done. The estimate was reasonable and after some discussions, I found Tony knew what he was talking about and felt he would do a good job. When I went to pick my car up the work was exactly as described. I have since dumped the car wash, poor service and quality, but I will continue to take my car to Tony if needed in the future. I use to always joke that I'll drive my it until the wheels fall off. Well, it was a joke until it actually happened. My front wheel literally snapped off due to sheared bolts on the wheel hub (note to self - stay away from aftermarket rims). Nevertheless, I get it towed to Image Auto Body and about a week or so later, my car was back on the road running better than it has in years. They did such a good job I had them replace my AC compressor and radiator as well! Gone are the days of DWH....driving while hot! Thanks Mr. Tony and Image Auto Body. He called me that Friday and it was ready. The car looked great. Tony was very pleasant and professional. I took my car to Image, as well as 2 other highly rated body shops. Image came up with an estimate less than half of what the others would have. On top of that, Tony and his team, did a fantastic job fixing every thing. It's a family owned, local body shop. I highly recommend Image if you need body work done.Posted on Yelp

Took my 2011 Mini Cooper S convertible here after being sideswiped on 45. Image Auto Body's estimate was half the cost of the competitors up the road, Saw the good reviews and brought my car here. Was told 10 days and she would be done. Took less than 10 days before i got the call that she was done. When I picked her up she looked brand new! they did a great repair job and paint job. When i got home I did notice a spot (tiny, but noticeable to me) on drivers door that needed paint so i took her back and they had it done in a couple hours. Tony, the Owner, was great to work with. The reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because they didn't clean up inside after themselves. Passenger inside door you can tell someone with paint on their hand touched. Also the door trim & floor mats all dusty and dirty. Just would have been nice for those to wiped down. Juliana M.3809 days agoAlfred Alfred Alfred Alfred!!! Great customer service. Glad he is the first in line of the shop. You walk in he's smiling you call and you can hear his smile. I was never hesitant to call them about any questions well because Alfred is there and I know I will get treated great. He will call me with updates about my car and even updates about my insurance peeps that needed to re estimate the damage. (My insurance doesn't have a good reputation) As far as the repairs go I was amazed at the work (kudos to the guys in the back scenes) the paint matched exactly to the original and I couldn't even see a dent any more! My car looked like new and they even washed it ,cleaned, aaaaand vacuumed from inside! I was just speechless and thankful. I was headed to the Ford dealer when I thought I would try a place a bit closer to where we live. I searched Yelp and found this place. I like that it is locally-owned. I pulled in and was greeted by Alfred. He took no time at all giving me an estimate of time and cost. I ordered the part and as soon as it was in, he called me. I returned (with three kids in tow)-and he said it would be thirty minutes. We went for a thirty-minute walk. As soon as I walked in the door, the car was ready! Awesome on the timing. The price was also exactly as quoted. (Ford by the way quoted me $30 more just for the mirror. The same mirror that Image was using.) I hope I never need to see this business again, but I am glad to know they are here if I should need them!Posted on YelpAmanda R.4812 days agoI am inherently mistrusting of mechanics, so when I hit a deer and had to find an auto body repair shop, I knew it was going to be a hard task. I asked for recommendations from friends first, and practically every place mentioned had both good and bad comments made by friends on facebook. A friend mentioned Image Auto Body to me, but wasn't sure of the name, so when I googled them as what was close to me, and realized it was the same place, I thought, "Okay, I'll give them a try." Alfred was very friendly, knowledgeable about all of the different insurance companies and how they work (good and bad), and really set me at ease about what to expect. We learned a lot about recycled/reconditioned/after-market parts and the pros and cons, and their shop warranties EVERYTHING they put on your car. He kept us up-to-date on the progress of our repair, about every other day checked in with us to let us know what was going on with additional insurance, etc. He got our vehicle to us even a day earlier that was initially promised, dropped it at our house free of charge, and even vaccumed the inside. Nice perks! Most importantly, their shop was HONEST, had wonderful CUSTOMER SERVICE, and provided the service that you can only get when you have a "mechanic friend." Highly recommend this shop! I had no other way to move around town and get back from work to home. All shops or towing services around my work area were unaffordable! A friend told me about Image Auto Body, they took care of me immediately and the car was ready the next day. I had the best customer service from the team working with my car, friendly faces, and very thorough explanation of the issues, quotes, and parts involved. Honest, affordable, professional. Really good paint job and repair... and they take care of all the paperwork with insurance - that means no extra headaches for me :) I totally recommend them!Posted on Yelp
Juliann P.5642 days agoThis a small locally owned body shop, which is wonderful as they understand customer service. I stopped by and met Alfred, told him I had a strange request and he was totally receptive. I build & maintain race cars for a living. So when I asked him if he would be interested in repainting the interior & rollcage he said "Sure!" Now this isn't my first rodeo. I have been to many shops that say "Race Car? Sure, we can do that" and then quote a premium as they think that because I have a race car they can double the price. Image Auto Body is one of the exceptions to that rule. Alfred quoted me an extremely fair price and completed the work in less time than he estimated. They did a great job and were excited to do something "fun". I'm sure that same quality applies to traditional auto body work as well.Load more
